  Picture is exactly what I got. Value was best that zi could find, shipping g was right ilown, package was not damaged and matched up exactly for the one that burnt out. Communication was excellent, by telling us what shipping was, sent out and expected arrival date.this seller did not ask for feedback.   Brow powders arrived fast and were new - regrettably, manufacturer must have put the wrong color into the wrong box on these which is not Seller's fault and is out of their control. I notified Seller and was prepared to return them the next day, but they issued a full refund immediately. Excellent, responsible Seller - thank you!
