  Item showed delivered but was not in my mailbox. I contacted seller and he/she was very eager to assist me and assured me I would get my order. We agreed to give it a couple days to see if it showed up. Two days later I was shipped a replacement item. Very happy with item and seller great customer service!!!!

I asked to cancel my order because I decided that I wanted their larger picture of the same thing. seller responded and cancelled so I could order the bigger one. From the first transaction to cancelation and reordering the other only took 20 minutes. Great professional seller.
