  I can't say anything good enough about this sale. This shop sold me a wonderful camera at a great price it works great, all accessories were like new, it came packaged and wrapped so safe and secure. and shipped fast. I found I was confused about some features and wrote them, They responded immediately and wrote back offering me several solutions and was so nice about everything, and offered whatever they could to make it right even though it was not their problem. I'll deal with them anytime!

  Had an excellent experience with MCCOM Inc! Purchased several used Avenger C-stands which were in pristine condition and a great deal, exactly as described. Arranged for local pickup, MCCOM was very easy to communicate with and promptly added a local delivery option to some other items I was interested in so I could save on shipping and pick everything up at once. Everything was ready for me to look over when I arrived, and their salesman, Mike, was incredibly helpful! Will shop with them again!

  Although we were unable to use this particular piece of equipment, it was shipped quickly, and was well packed in the original packaging. When we contacted the seller, they understood the issue and immediately provided a refund. We would not hesitate to buy from this seller again.

  I wish every transaction could be this easy! I contacted the seller in advance and asked for a special consideration (it was switching some of the receiver modules) and they quickly responded that they were more than happy to do so. They kept me posted on the shipping and the unit arrived on time and packed with care. I took some time to ring out the unit and although used, it fired right up and seems to work as advertised. It's great doing business with professionals!
