  Took me 15 minutes to open the packaging, that’s how Saif the seller packed it to make sure it doesn’t get damaged. Got here on time. Price was great. Communication was even better. The condition is even better than the pictures showed and they look great.

  I was originally shipped a black armrest that was actually a poorly oversprayed grey one. My feedback was read and addressed by this seller, who immediately reached out and offered to send me another, in great condition...who DOES that anymore?!   I ordered and fortunately they did not ship until I responded with my VIN and picture of the part. Turns out I had ordered the wrong part. They corrected the part for me and shipped out promptly. I had great communication from them and the part was perfect! I had it installed and it worked beautiful! The part was in great shape even though it was a used part. I feel the valve was good as well! Overall a great experience! I wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from them!

  Seller was very responsive and professional through out the whole transaction and too delivery. Delivery did take about one week longer then originally estimated but I don't think it was the sellers doing. Parts were as described and perfect replacement for what I needed. Would use this seller again 100%

  This seller goes above and beyond to ensure your happiness. I purchased a trim panel set for my old BMW and they reached out to check compatibility before shipping the product. This was important since I purchased the set assuming there was no panel for the radio as one was not pictured. To my surprise, they included that panel free of extra charge. The trim was in good shape for its age and accurate to the description and pictures. Highly recommend this seller.
