  I ordered, it was delivered in good time but they are just wrapped in a foam wrap very loss in box so sadly both items arrived cracked. I messaged seller two days ago and still have not received a return message. Had to get ebay involved to start return process. I would not recommend this seller.   Item was great. Exactly as described / depicted…. Seller on the other hand…. The item ad states “fast shipping” I paid immediately…. Yet 36 hours After purchase. I receive a msg in regard to my asking for tracking info…. That they were out of town.. then it seemed my item took a few days longer to arrive. Than it Should have. So. Selling may be a priority. But shipping dont seem to be. Not for this particular seller at least.

  My initial purchase arrived with a fracture in the bubble of the glass and this was no fault of the seller. I simply contacted them. sent them a photo and they had another one coming to me very same day. Top notch eBay seller and the pipe is amazing. Thank you!

  This was a GREAT transaction... thank you very much! Indeed these were thick and heavy glass pipes, much better than the previous one i had, so kudos to yuze gize!! The packaging was superior as well, wrapped in foam and then in a box... impressive. Shipping seemed a little slow, but there was a holiday in there somewhere so no biggie. I therefore highly recommend this seller - A+++++
