  Absolutely stellar seller! my items arrived right on time and they were delicately packed with plenty of bubble wrap and packing peanuts, and a clear sign on the box indicating that my items were fragile.   Great seller and transaction! Awesome prices, fast shipping, and items very well packed. This tray was not quite as described (the condition was as described but a different tray was sent), but the seller was very responsive and immediately credited the item. I placed a bulky multi-item order, so the shipping cost was very reasonable, and the seller refunded a portion of that, too. Very pleased with my purchases and will shop here again!

  Great transaction. Original package arrived with one broken plate even though the box was well packed. Notified seller and received immediate response. The seller shipped out a replacement plate the next day. Plates were in excellent condition as described. Great value too. Highly recommend seller.

  Package arrived promptly, in great condition. Contents were wrapped well and intact when opened. The glass tilted pitcher is lovely as described. We appreciate the great value, as we are replacing a pitcher from 1990s Restoration Hardware which was broken years ago. Would definitely order from maxinesdad again.
