  Paid on Feb 13, not shipped until Feb 20. There was bad weather during that time - but you charged $32 for shipping. You spent a fraction of that, contrary to EBAY rules, and it took a week before it was shipped. I gave you positive feedback because I know that is important, however, I also made several attempts to contact you during the auction and after the auction - and it took a week to get a response. I am a seller and a buyer - if my Ebay rate is $12.14, that is what the buyer pays
