Moreover, when I encountered compatibility issues the seller quickly communicated with me and offered a full refund with prepaid shipping.   This Seller is a solid business person. The original shipment (in a padded bag) was missing the cable! The Seller immediately arranged to send a replacement. Sadly, the adapter sent had straight connection whereas I had ordered a right angle. The Seller apologized for the misship and Refunded my payment 💯 because he didn’t have the cable I needed.

  The item was delivered damaged, obviously from shipping with USPS and not enclosed in a box, just wrapped. Things like this sometimes happen with USPS. I contacted the seller, sent pictures and was promptly refunded in full without any questions. The level of customer service was fantastic, commendable! Definitely would recommend this seller, as they exhibited the highest level of integrity. I will absolutely do business with this seller again as the item damaged resulted from the USPS.

  I have to tip my hat to the seller, Absolutely AMAZING!! Up delivery of order - the incorrect adaptor was with the power supply. I reached out to the seller and they quickly replied and said they would send a replacement with the correct adaptor. Top Notch Quality and Value. Will absolutely order from them again.   My item was delivered to the wrong address. The seller was helpful in giving me ideas to locate my package. The mail carrier retrieved it and brought it to me. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong one! So I sent a picture of my computer to the seller and he showed me the correct one I needed. I should have sent the picture to the seller to begin with. Would have saved the trouble of returning the wrong one. All is good! 👍🏽

  This charging cord arrived 3 days early and was packed extremely well to avoid any damage. It was appeared brand new, even though listed as used, and was priced extremely well. It’s exactly as described and I’m very pleased with it.
