    Can't fault the service which was spot on. Delivered on time & well wrapped and I'm assuming the item is exactly as described as I have not yet opened it. Unfortunately between ordering the blade and it arriving the lawnmower it was for has packed up and has been replaced with a different model.

    I have to say this supplier is terrific! Brilliant. I bought part for my mower and it broke the first time I used it, so I took pictures and asked for a refund. The supplier could see from my pictures that I had fitted it wrongly - and he took a lot of trouble explaining how and why. He then offered to supply a replacement, which I paid for since it was my fault. That’s good old fashioned service with a smile!!😃

    The recoil spring itself is fine - fitted well and does the job. The delivery was delayed by the Royal Mail (no fault of the seller) and the seller kindly immediately put a second one in the post to me. In the end they both arrived together, so I returned one, of course. Excellent service, resolving the issue quickly and efficiently, Thanks - happy customer here!
