  Received our shipment and found one of the lamps was missing. I reached out and they immediate responded offering several solutions. i opted to have the missing lamp shipped to us and it arrived within a couple days. Very pleased with the customer service. The products were in great condition and exactly as described in the listing. Would def buy from them again.

  Even though the packaging was rather beat up, and there was a slight delay in getting it, that's the fault of FedEx, not this seller. Overall, the product came fast, was well packed, and a good price for what was being bought. A+ seller, would do business with again.

  Despite the discrepancies in the listing, the seller's communication was prompt and courteous and they offered an alternative solution to a return. Ultimately, I was able to make the return without hassle. The product was otherwise a good price and in good condition.

  We are very happy with our purchase. The items came packaged really well so nothing got damaged in transit, and they arrived within a couple of days. They were a great value and perfectly new condition, excellent quality and all at a very reasonable price.

  Product was exactly as described. While ordering string directly from Worx is supposed to be "free", the truth is they charge outrageous shipping rates. With this order, I paid less than Worx would charge and received 20 spools rather than the 6 that Worx sdends.
