  I received the wrong mats. The seller has about 4 or 5 mats listed for my 2004 SSR. I requested the mats pictured be sent to me. Apparently the person who packaged the mats didn't see the message and sent one of the other mats. I sent a message and received a full refund including shipping and tax. I will reorder as the mat quality was good. Waiting to hear from the seller as I sent a message in the return box. The SELLER rates A+ for service and response time.

I reached out to see an approximate shipping date and they explained that they have to cut the floor mat, customize the embroidered logo of your choice, add the customized stitching around the border, and then prep for shipping. So please be patient after your purchase as they are working hard to give you the best quality, customized floor mats. AAA+++ seller.

  Ordered june 20th, had in stock supposedly, 3 day shipping, they blamed the holiday for reason of not shipping , said item would be shipped, no response or shipping notification . will not recommend this company nor shop here, sorry lousy service gets bad reviews !
