  A+++ Great communication from the seller. Item was delayed by Royal Mail, however seller was in constant communication and sent another item out. I received the new item promptly and also the delayed item. To my surprise Seller stated I could keep both and asked me if there was anything else they could do. Great customer care.   I received a lock that broke during shipping. I informed them that it broke during shipping and sent pictures so that something like this wouldn't happen to another customer. They sent me a new lock even though I didn't ask for it. I want to thank them for that gesture with this review. I repeat, I didn't ask for a new one since I used the part from the broken one, now I have a new spare. Once again, all praise and thanks for your attention to the customer,
