  buyer beware! item not received - puts out fake tracking number to fool customer. seller does not respond. requesting refund from ebay. i don’t know why ebay allows scammers and fake sellers like this.

  Thé seller advertised that the item was located in LA. Somehow it came from New York and I suspect really from further away. It took at least a week for it to get USPS. Eventually, it arrived to LA, the final destination, 3 days later than it was promised and took 2 weeks. False advertising is unacceptable.

  Great seller, product was adequately packaged & arrived in a timely manner. However, my fitting leaked at the swivel point between the 2 sections. This is not the Seller's fault & appears to be a design issue.
