I first tried to buy this same fancy tea from a scam Ebayer who ended up taking my money and never responding to my messages, but THIS SELLER (my second choice) came through!!!! This seller had super fast shipping, great communication from the start, items packaged with care, and he even included a hand-written personal birthday note for me: Happy Birthday!     I either got hustled by a great, or this is a great seller!! :-) The item was listed new and as sealed...if a Ziplock back counts, then yes it was sealed. Communicated with the seller, he acknowledged the mistake and the concern I had with whether all the pieces were present or not. He replied later and stated that he had just counted all the pieces twice to make sure their were 1000, and then made an offer I almost couldn't refuse if not even for the sake of his time in counting them twice.
