  "Belle" just arrived to day want was undamaged and well packaged. Condition was as described. Although shipping cost was a bit higher than competitors, I think that overall (purchase price plus shipping) resulted in a reasonable price and a good outcome. Thanks.

  The fish arrived in a good, healthy condition. The packaging was very good, keeping them in an even temperature for their journey. Communication was also top notch. The only downside: The fish were not as vibrantly colored as the ones pictured and therefore, what I expected. I waited a 3 days before writing this in hopes they would regain color. They haven't yet. I got exactly what I ordered, I just expected more colorful fish. Overall satisfied with this seller.

Items were exactly as described, package ever so carefully with tissue paper, multuple layers of foam, and protected by extra packaging materials in an appropriately sized box.
