  Item was packaged well and exactly as described, scuffed but in perfect working condition. Took a little while to ship—maybe 5-7 days? But that was fine. I wasn’t in a hurry. Overall, I’m pleased and would buy from this seller again.

  Package arrived on schedule. It was, as advertised. The seller indicated that the product was new. It arrived in new condition and packaged as a new product would have been. The seller responded to my inquiry, something that is important. The toothbrush operates flawlessly. There is one thing: when turned on and the turned off immediately, when placed back in the charger, it begins to charge. Just seems a little strange to not still be fully charged but, perhaps, this is normal.
