  Seller quickly mailed the Toyota manual. After waiting a week after ETA I reached out to the seller and he immediately sent a refund. Great seller and easy to communicate with. I am sorry I did not receive the manual. USPS has been bad lately.

The first seller made excuses after I complained about not receiving my item I paid for over a month ago then told me he sent a second item but never did. I had to get a refund .
