  Never arrived promised they'd send a replacement never did no refund and main thing is ruined 40th birthday suprise for daughters special and maybe last trip to florida for her birthday as she has cancer and has to have surgery when she gets back! Absolutely disgusting the company are not even responding to my messages and ut looks like i am not the only one this has happened to! Buyer beware... go elsewhere!!! Can't blame weather for delays other packages have got here from all over the UK...
