  The best review I can give for an item I didn't receive. Once I paid for the product, I asked the seller to send me the IMEI before shipping (from China) to be sure it would work with my carrier. When they did, unfortunately it turned out that the phone doesn't work on US carriers. So I asked for a refund and they quickly did so. Customer service was very prompt and I would highly recommend this seller!! A+++++

  Package arrived as stated, with nothing missing or in poor condition. The product worked as listed, and the seller was beyond willing to help me with my problem. Through and through a pleasant experience, recommended. Since i need to write 200 more characters, let me go over the nuisance that is region lock. Realme, and most other Chinese companies apply a software lock, that prevents devices outside of China from receiving and making calls. This happened with the device i ordered, not great.
