  Seller was very friendly and communicative, shipping was very fast. Packaging was very protective, everything was bubble wrapped and some extras were even included in the package! Everything was as described, new in packaging. 10/10 would purchase again!

  Very kind seller, quick response and excellent customer service. Shipping was also done quickly and items were packaged carefully. I also received some samples. The items are brand new and as described; great value. Will come back again when I need to replenish my tea. Highly recommend!

  The seller was responsive and kind. Not only did my matcha arrive a day early, a gift was included as well! The box did have a little damage but I believe it occurred at customs. The tape the seller used was heavy duty almost like duct tape which is always appreciated! Inside the box there was bubble wrap on the bottom, paper cushion, an air pack & each matcha was individually bubble wrapped as well. I will purchase from this seller again. Thank you!

  The package was wrapped very safely and shipped to me at the expected time. I was given what I was described and not only that, I was given some freebies as well.
