  Shipping was decent, and the item arrived in great condition, even better than described. However, the packaging could have been improved. The books were all crammed into a small box, which caused one of them to bend from the cover. The value wasn’t too bad, and the seller met me halfway to ensure that we were both satisfied with the deal.

  Received manuals today by snail mail but the wait was worth it after I package seller’s description was spot on as in new condition. Seller worked with me on pricing some and because of his reviews I purchased from him. Packaging was a little on the thin plastic envelope but did arrive unharmed luckily. I’m happy with my purchases I highly recommend this seller.

  This is a very rare manual. The dealers can't get them. manulbasket was my only option. Thanks to USPS the package sat in Iowa for 6 weeks. The seller and I both waited it out. This is a very reasonable seller, who communicates well. This rare EL450 manual arrived today. What a relief! The "Shipping Time" was a disaster, but that was completely out of our control. My wait paid off though.

  Better than described - like new and included several other vehicle models not identified by the seller. Not so well packaged as there was no packing. It was just the Service Manual in the package and the US Postal Service damaged the package. It looked like they squished it under 500 pounds of boxes which didn't protect the contents. The binder was severely damaged, but the important pages inside were ok. Quickly shipped by the seller.
