  The packaging was really nice, and the item looks just as beautiful as in the pictures. The only downside was the slow dispatch—it took about a week before the seller handed it over to the shipping company. But once DHL got it, delivery was super quick—just 2 days!

  Fantastic seller ! The mugs I ordered are beautiful, the picture of it were great but the real deal is even better ! The packaging was implacable, there's no way the could have been damaged in shipping with well they were wrapped. Also they shipped both of my mugs in one package with according shipping price.

  Coffee mug from Kyoto is the ultimate in hand made Japanese Craftsmanship from 1000 years of tradition. Arrived in perfect condition. Seller was wonderful and gave me the best value. I am so pleased. Cup is as advertised and even the wooden box is to be treasured. Love this seller. Went out of his way to make me happy. Highly recommend. These items are completely made and painted. Love Love Love.
