  Amazing, upstanding, honest seller. Item shipped quickly, but the USPS misplaced the package. In spite of this, seller was constantly in contact with me and worked with the post office to try to locate the item. After approximately 3 weeks, the seller automatically issued a refund while the post office was still searching for the package. Thank you!

  The books I purchased were beautifully packed and arrived in excellent condition, and were exactly as described. M&R took good care of the books which shows the pride they have in their store. My order was shipped extremely quick and arrived ahead of schedule. This was a great deal on some well cared for vintage books. One thing that makes eBay fun is when the seller understands the unboxing experience. M&R doesn't just dump your order in a box and good luck after that. I enjoyed this deal.

  Item came in excellent condition and as described. Excellent quality. Detailed appearance of cabin and hunting accessories outside cabin. Packaging with bubble wrap was great to protect items. Shipping speed as expected for USPS Ground Advantage. Great seller and I would definitely buy from again!

  UPS GROUND destroyed the item in transit. All it took was reporting the incident and sending photos of the damage, and my money was refunded promptly and courteously. I recommend the seller. Excellent customer service. 5 stars all around. Item was packed carefully, but no packaging would protect it from UPS abuse.
