  didnt have color advertised , so he said he would send me a darker grey (instead of light grey) I ask for 15% off. then I got MESSAGE 2 DAYS LATER HE SENT MY SWEATER TO THE WRONG PERSON. THAT HOPEFULLY THEY WOULD FORWARD IT TO ME. I have worked in sales for 32 years, you send out another one immediately & request the one you sent to the wrong customer (supposedly) back to the seller. ya dont tell a customer "well hopefully he will forward it to you" this clown has no sense of customer service.
