  When the product didn't arrive as expected initially, I sent the seller a question about it and they responded that they had sent it, but they were in a hurricane zone and one of the recent storms may have impacted delivery. They then quickly resent the item without any additional costs to me and I received it a few days later. I was very impressed by their customer service, and the item was as promised.

  Very cool picture, packaged well to protect the picture. Shipping time took awhile but that is probably on the USPS. All and all a good transaction and satisfied.
