  Well packaged, condition of used item is fairly worn more than photo shows and described but it's sentimental value is great, received ahead of scheduled delivery date. Would buy from this seller again.

  Bad experience and seller should be ashamed, but the eBay guarantee did result in a prompt refund. Ordered a 1990s era tin beer sign for $80 with pictures showing pristine condition and sign described as boxed and never displayed. Received a mangled piece of metal with two prominent scratches on it. Some of the bends may have occurred in shipping (also seller's fault because he shipped this fragile sign between two flimsy pieces of cardboard) but many intricate bends had to preexist. Sad.

  You state you bought a 1990 sign when listing and photos clearly show the damage and the listing states that the sign is from 2001.
