  I received the wrong screen protector for my IPhone 13 Mini and only one protector arrived, even though the ad promotes Buy one get one free. I dropped the seller a message to check my order and ask for a second screen protector to be sent, and although the seller said I had ordered the wrong size screen, they did take responsibility for not sending a second screen as BOGOF, so we agreed to disagree and the seller was great and sent me two screen protectors that were the right size. Thank you

  The watch case arrived damaged, unfortunately. However, I understand that this wasn’t the seller’s fault — everything was packaged really well, and it looks like the damage happened during shipping. The seller did a great job with everything on their end, and I appreciate their quick responses. I’m sure this is just a rare situation. I would still buy from this seller again, just hope for better handling next time. B+
