  The goods were dispatched quickly and were appropriately packaged. There was an issue with the courier delivering to the incorrect address but the seller responded quickly appropriately to the query.

  I ordered UK size 2, I was send a UK size 11.5. When I contacted the seller they tried to coerce me to keep them with a 50% refund. I explained multiple times I have no one who would fit these but the seller kept offering me a partial refund to keep or sell on the shoes, never once did they acknowledge their fault but kept trying to make it seem as though it was my fault. The way it has been dealt with is appalling. Avoid this seller and save yourself a headache.

  Item received last night. I do not appreciate constant emails from seller asking me to give 5 stars for the product when I have not even had the opportunity to try it. As such and because I could not even try the item I'm giving TWO stars. If seller continues to harass me I will ask ebay to intervene.
