  Spent several months looking around for a new Galaxy device, and eventually came across a brand new Galaxy S24 Ultra on the mainlymacs store. Spoke with Andrew at length, and he offered me a generous discount on an already great price that made it impossible to turn down. I made my purchase immediately and received it very quickly. It was packaged securely, and even included a free case (great touch). My device came as described, in pristine, brand new condition and so far, works perfectly. A+!

  Very happy with this purchase. The phone was exactly as described, opened but otherwise in perfect, brand new condition, and it arrived well packaged within 24 hours of me buying it, A real bargain at half the normal retail price. All in all, a great experience.

  Item arrived very quickly and was well packaged. It was as described in the advert and was good value except for one aspect which the seller may be able to advise on. The mobile loses its charge much more quickly than any Samsung I have owned previously. I would welcome any advice you can provide on addressing this issue. Also advice on activating the guarantee would be greatly appreciated.
