The packaging was pretty good, and it arrived in time. I had to buy a charger from a separate seller, and it was the wrong charger, of course. Luckily I got another one coming. I opened a return, and the seller contacted me saying they would send a good replacement and asked me to close the return. But the replacement I received was the wrong model — I ordered an A2337, but they sent me an A1932. I contacted the seller again and was told it would be taken care of, but after several days, there was no response. I messaged them multiple times with no reply! Scam seller!
