  Item was delivered speedily and was well packaged. It was in new condition but the instructions file was incomplete. I raised this issue with the dealer and received a very prompt reply. The dealer then sourced the missing information for me very quickly and offered a refund for the inconvenience. I would, therefore, be very happy to do business with this dealer again.

  This item took some getting. It was sent promptly where it sat for at least two weeks in Yodel’s depot. I raised an issue and I have to say that the seller could not have been more helpful in ensuring that I received a replacement , under fast despatch. Item is superb, very happy with cost and postage. It’s great to see good old fashioned excellent customer service and I cannot praise or recommend the seller more highly. Buy with absolute confidence. Thanks for all of your comms and efforts!!

  I raised a query about this product - it was my belief that what I received may not be a genuine Quiver - and was very impressed with the prompt response from the seller, who offered a number of options in order to ensure I was satisfied with the service I received. It was clear that this company is keen to address any issues/concerns promptly and to the satisfaction of the customer. Based on this initial experience, I felt that they valued my business and would happily use them again.

  Item exactly as described and very high quality. There was an issue with delivery, but that was down to the courier. The seller fixed it very promptly and his communication on the matter was utterly outstanding. Highly recommended.
