  Don't know if a genuine problem here but I definitely with my experience with this seller cannot say anything good. Ordered a Dr Who figurine towards the end of May 2024 got towards the end of June and had not received purchased item. Tried to message several times as E-bay recommends you to do when you don't receive an item and never had a single reply to say what was wrong. Every other seller I used where all good. I would say DON'T think of using this seller if they can't reply to messages.

  Wrong item sent as was not in the correct box/not as pictured. Contacted seller who took a while to respond. Said to give them 24hrs to look into things. I had asked if I could return the one I received and they could send the required one. After almost 48hrs, I had no further response, despite sending further messages. I am not at all happy with this seller.

  Poor communication from seller. Items were not dispatched even though stated that they were. Only dispatched when case raised with eBay. Of the 3 items ordered 1 was incorrect and missing an accompanying magazine. This specific item wasn’t delivered at all and eBay have been useless to address this. Would not ever buy from this seller again or recommend.
