  I have tried to contact this vendor several times to give me a refund because she had not delivered the product which I had originally paid for May 16, 2025. The vendor has consistently ignored my messages. I contacted Etsy and they have to reach out to seller with no luck. I don't think this the best way to business.

  Item was purchased in April. It is mid May and there is no information propanol shipping and no response to contacting the seller. It's possible something unfortunate happened to the seller but whatever the case - this seller is not actively managing their account right now and cannot be trusted to provide the product.

  It's been over a week since my order. I have been charged. No response with two messages. Don't want to cancel order because seller doesn't even reply to messages. I understand things happen but I see I'm the 3rd person this has happened to in a month. I am waiting a few more days to see if any movement than will be contacting ebay for a refund. Disappointed because I really wanted this item.

  Quality, condition and appearance were all on track there was a little bit of kerfuffle when the wrong product had arrived. However they were prompt, responsive and corrected the situation. My wife and proxy I are very happy with the end results and will be looking for future products from this seller specifically.
