  Communication with seller was excellent, Living 72 miles from shipper, it took ten days to receive it. Shipping was a nightmare due to USPS losing the package. when I received the swan the package and swan was damaged.

  It is apparent to me that the shipper is a quality seller by the care that was taken in packaging and processing this order. The item was beautifully kept and is of high end quality. The transaction, shipping and product offering from the shipper shows such value to the customer; something that is lacking in everyday experiences.
