  Shipping time was swift and the product was well packaged to prevent damage. Communication with the seller has been stellar. While the value of the product was a good price point, the item came with the humidity and temperature gauge working. The item did not draw water. While the item was defective, I do think the seller operated in good faith selling the product, as the gauges were working properly.

  Thank you for your kind words! Just FYI - this product does not "draw water", it is just for smaller rooms, the larger ones, for larger, high high humidity rooms - those draw water. This unit will keep the moisture out of the air for you.
