While the package arrived one day later than the eBay delivery window (USPS routed the package to my local distribution center, then to OH, then back), which was out of the shipper's control. The item arrived in appropriate packaging and in very good condition, exactly as described in the post. This item was purchased at a good value for my use.

  The seller was phenomenal! Absolutely no issues there; shipped quickly, packaged well, fair shipping cost. Sadly, the item itself arrived completely dried out. However, I knew when I bought it that this was a mascara that had long ago been discontinued, but I wanted the tiny tube & brush so I purchased it anyway which is 100% MY fault, NOT the seller's. I just wanted to give other buyers of similar products a heads-up to avoid any disappointments :)
