  Delivery was expected to take weeks because product was being shipped from overseas. When it didn’t arrive, seller messaged me that the address on the package had been damaged and USPS couldn’t deliver it. He refunded the purchase price, no problems.

  I had been looking for a painted version of this for some time and was delighted to find it at a really decent price. The original order had still not arrived a week after the expected due date but the response to my query was super quick and I have now received a replacement without quibble within a week. It is a really nice example and perfect for my needs for a circus display. Very nicely packaged. Great communications and I can happily recommend both the product and the seller.

  User's delivery model relys on shipment from overseas - I've gotten items from China faster. User responded to communication requests with false shipment date originally and label was printed on may 2nd (19 days after purchase). Item was not provided to USPS until 9 days after the label print. Then USPS took it on a round trip (not sellers fault). I don't fault shipment from overseas - I do fault a selling model that does not stock items on hand for faster responses. Overall I'm neutral.

  We ship items from our factory in Ankara/Turkey, We send weekly big packs (contains minimum 30 boxes) to USPS IStanbul office and they send it with FEDEX airplane to Usps collecting center at Elkridge MD, usually takes 7 days. When Elkridge USPS gets they start processing and delivery. We can not send through trpost because it takes 40 days and also non trackable even with tracking number due to 2 countries postal service do not have agreement. Sorry for the inconvenience.
