  Buying this item from seller went perfect, just what I needed and at a good price for factory new. USPS shipping, no fault of seller, sent the package on a multi-thousand mile delivery trip that took extra time,but still arrived in tact. Actual distance is 611 miles. Would buy from seller again.   The seller does not communicate very well. I asked two direct questions; I got one direct answer and one answer that just repeated the screw thread sizing that was in the item description. I had to return the sight. The seller received the return on a Saturday. I found this out Monday when I checked on the tracking number for the transaction. When I sent a message to them, I got an immediate response that they were processing returns. Not sure why it took two days to let me know.

  Shipping was fast, product arrived. Was missing a component I contacted the seller the seller got back to me and is in the process of shipping out the proper shipment. Do not bash any seller instantly, instead reach out discuss the problem and wait for correspondence. This seller got back to me in a reasonable timeframe this seller is trying to make it right. I will use them again for parts for my press in the future.

  The company has the best customer service I contacted them on the 23rd she mailed me a second sizing die I got it in 4 or 5 days I will order from them again They can t help it that the U.S mail sucks I still haven t received the first package The company customer service is topnotch I m very pleased with them
