  Just received the product and haven't fully assessed it yet. Appears to be very user-friendly. I've had Gourmia products before and they have worked well. Received a new item as advertised. Box was damaged but product was not. Good value compared to other options I researched. Seller was prompt and communicative throughout the delivery process.   It works as described! It was a local shipment, so delivery was next day (due to proximity), but I appreciate that the seller put it in the mail the next business day after my purchase. Very happy w my purchase and would buy from this seller again!
