  I bought a pottery piece and unfortunately a piece broke off during shipping. This seller immediately issued a refund when I contacted him. I'm sad it broke, but this seller is awesome to work with. The item was as described, and very carefully packaged and arrived quickly. Not sure what happened.

  A beautiful bottle which is exactly as shown in the photos. The seller carefully packed the stopper and the bottle separately so that both arrived intact. I thought the packaged arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I'd buy from this seller again, thanks!
