  Received item quickly, brand new and sealed as described. This replaced an old one that stopped working after few years. One negative about this seller/item is listing was described as coming with multiple colored face plates, but this did not. This item came in the brown box with only the white faceplate as opposed to the more colorful retail box with the colored face plates that you'll see in other listings. Didn't matter much to me, but listing is inaccurate. Good price though, thanks.

  The item was exactly as advertised - new in box. This seller went above and beyond. By no fault of his, the first item he shipped was apparently lost by USPS. As soon as I notified him that tracking had stopped moving, he sent another by priority mail. He was helpful and gracious throughout the process.

  Seller was quick to reply when I wanted to buy. Once Black Friday sale hit, I saw they had is for less and asked if they price matched. Crickets and no reply. So, I had to pay return shipping which is fine. Followed up with a message stating it needs to be returned like I received it. No duh! Customer service was not ideal. I know it sucks that you had to lower your price but that's how it works when you sell Amazonable, newer items.
