They we're rude and accused me of being a person that sets sellers up .I gave them a dressing down and put them in their place and they said sorry they didn't mean it. What be how do you not mean to say an insult directly. Don't do business w this seller

Contacted the seller and that person said I had ordered 'SKUxxxxx' - this was one item from the set. I was not happy with this as the title was misleading and therefore, I did not get what I was expecting. I advised the seller I wish to return the item for a full refund. Instead of issuing a return label, the seller does not wish to give me a refund - the seller is refusing to honour the returns policy.

They finally said the clamps were shown for illustration only. The winder alone can be purchased for @ $20.00 from other suppliers. Grossly overpriced. I will not buy from them again.

The seller said all was well, but the USPS said that the Tracking was not correct. But I did receive my purchase!
