  Sent the wrong item, ordered warm white, got multicoloured, offered a £2 refund on a £9.99 item to keep it, I refused that, now the seller has gone silent, I shall escalate to ebay on the 26th of june and return it to them for a full refund, if an item is not as described then the seller has an obligation to allow returns and a full refund, even those who say "no returns" its the distance selling regulations and don't fall for it!
