  During my “looking” phase, seller was very prompt to respond with great information. After purchase, shipping was prompt and item received about a week after ordered. Packaging was excellent - very well done. Item was exactly as described. I’m very pleased with the purchase.

  Once the seller found out about that USPS lost product and it never got shipped the seller MacDex immediately took care of the issue.   Good/fast communication. Seller answered all questions. Packaging was well done (important!). Shipping was fast. Incorrect description: advertised for i5 2.5GHz and I actually received an i7 w/2.9 GHz (I think it is?--my laptop is @ home). Would still purchase from again. Confident in seller.

  “I had a good experience overall. Communication was minimal at the beginning, but they turned out to be truly honest and wonderful people. The quality of their work is excellent—absolutely top-notch. However, the packaging in this case could have been improved; it felt less desirable than expected. Despite that, they are highly professional, and I would rate the entire experience a perfect 10 out of 10.”
