  Item received in mint condition. However, one had no choice but to return the item to sender. I had inadvertently purchased the item consisting of the incorrect Amperage output for my car. I messaged seller who was extremely understanding of my erroneous actions, and willingly accepted the item being returned unopened/unused, returned in the exact condition as received.   The heavy duty aluminium roof rails,as described they fit my VW Tiguan perfectly, also a good price.They arrived in perfect condition although the box they came in had been crushed before transit.The box had good outer packaging. The delivery was good.Would buy again from this seller.
