  I had to return this item. I tried to cancel it only a minute or two after having ordered it, so I was concerned the seller was going to give me trouble over the return. She did not and in fact was very kind and professional! I had not received the item at all so it was only an electronic transaction of refunding me, but she did it in a timely manner, having responded to me within 24 hours. I recommend this seller for excellent customer service!

  I had originally ordered a dachshund snowglobe and received the wrong one in the mail. I was upset and contacted the seller. They got back to me in a timely fashion, offered to send me the correct item, and even allowed me to keep the incorrect snowglobe. They handled things as best they could and I m very thankful for their prompt attention and kindness. Would definitely order from them again.
