  The original listing clearly stated "includes 4 toothbrushes". Only two arrived but when I contacted the seller he altered the listing to remove the reference to 4 brushes and then claimed that it was only for two brushes. He didn't send the missing brushes and also refused to refund me. I definitely don't recommend this seller.

  IThe item was delivered on-time and as described. But I had expressly I I used EBay to avoid using Amazon and was prepared to pay a little more to do so. I was disappointed to see the EBay vendor fulfilled my order via AMAZON (I could have done that myself more cheaply). The vendor has apologised and explained this was an error on the part of their warehouse and stated they have resolved the problem. I have therefore improved my feedback to neutral .
