Their quick and positive response reassured me that this wasn't just a fire sale. In fact, my frame was being made to order; not custom, but still handmade in Tennessee. I even gave them five stars for shipping costs, not because I like paying for shipping, but because the packaging was careful and robust.

Only one small issue - The seller said they'd ship by UPS Worldwide Expedited and they shipped with UPS Ground to Canada. Who cares, you ask? Well UPS ground to Canada charges stupid brokerage fees, while WW Expedited those fees are included. This was about a $100 upcharge thanks to our friends at UPS. Can't fault Lynskey, but hopefully they fix this in the future for Canadian shipments
