  I ordered my item 28th of August and it was out for delivery very quickly. Unfortunately Evri said they would deliver it 5th Sept, but then said it was lost (no fault of the sellar) but the sellar did not hesitate to refund me and was very helpful. Eventually over a month later Evri found the item and delivered it 2nd of Oct! I informed the sellar, who again was kind and helpful letting my grandson keep the plushie even though I'd been refunded. This sellar is worth so much more than 5 stars.

  The item didn’t arrive but the seller responded to the refund request immediately and I really appreciate their professionalism, would definitely buy from the seller again in the future because I think it was the delivery service that lost the plush. Thanks again for being a good seller!

  Just arrived! Was a little worried as it was untracked but Item literally just arrived from royal mail in perfect condition and within delivery window specified. Great seller, thank you :)

  Perfect. Exactly as pictured. Took longer to arrive than expected but I didn't realise they were coming from China! Luckily they arrived just in time for my grandson's birthday . He will be very happy. Thank you so much 😊 A***** seller.
