  After getting a " We won't be able to complete the shipping as we are in the process of moving " should have been a decision taken before posting for sale not days after completed, nor did we got an reply after expressing that we understood and were willing to wait a few extra days... No reply, just a " refund" notification. As a seller, good communication is imperative as well as good timing. Perhaps improving on these aspects can be of great benefit for both store and costumer.
